Rudolph William Louis Giuliani ( born May 28, 1944) is an American politician and disbarred lawyer who served as the 107th mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001. He previously served as the United States Associate Attorney General from 1981 to 1983 and the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York from 1983 to 1989. Giuliani led the 1980s federal prosecution of New York City mafia bosses as U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. After a failed campaign for Mayor of New York City in the 1989 election, he succeeded in 1993, and was reelected in 1997, campaigning on a "tough on crime" platform. He led New York's controversial "civic cleanup" from 1994 to 2001. and appointed William Bratton as New York City's new police commissioner. In 2000, he ran against First Lady Hillary Clinton for a U.S. Senate seat from New York, but left the race once diagnosed with prostate cancer. For his mayoral leadership following the September 11 attacks in 2001, he was called "America's mayor" and was named Time magazine's Person of the Year for 2001. In 2002, Giuliani founded a security consulting business, Giuliani Partners, and acquired, but later sold, an investment banking firm, Giuliani Capital Advisors. In 2005, he joined a law firm, renamed Bracewell & Giuliani.[1] Vying for the Republican Party's 2008 presidential nomination, Giuliani was an early frontrunner yet did poorly in the primary election; he later withdrew and endorsed the party's subsequent nominee, John McCain. After declining to run for New York governor in 2010 and for the Republican presidential nomination in 2012, Giuliani turned his focus to his business firms.

Giuliani assets will transfer to Georgia election workers he defamed
A federal judge has ordered former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani to place numerous assets, including cash, jewelry and his New York apartment, into a receivership controlled by two former Georgia election workers as they seek to collect a $148 million defamation claim against him. The 24-page ruling issued Tuesday orders Giuliani to place the assets into a receivership within seven days. But U.S. District Court Judge Lewis J. Liman of New York ordered the “immediate turnover” of Giuliani’s apartment on the Upper East Side, which is already for sale. Liman also orders Giuliani to take legal steps that would allow the election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, to seek an estimated $2 million in legal fees that Giuliani has said he is owed by Donald Trump’s campaign organization and the Republican National Committee for his work leading Trump’s post-2020 election legal challenges. (Washington Post 10/22/24) READ MORE>>>>>

Georgia pro-Trump ‘electors’ say they weren't clued in on Trump's Jan. 6 plans
Republicans who claimed to be Georgia’s legitimate presidential electors in 2020 said Friday they were advised by then-President Donald Trump’s campaign to cast “contingent” Electoral College ballots — just in case one of Trump’s longshot legal challenges to the results succeeded.
Any plans by top Trump lawyers — John Eastman, Rudy Giuliani and others — to use their “provisional” votes to subvert the 2020 election without any legal backing were concocted without their knowledge, attorneys for the pro-Trump activists said.

Law and Crime: Rudy Giuliani Dealt Another Setback in Multi-Billion Dollar Legal Brawl with Smartmatic, as Judge Revives Once-Dismissed Count
On Wednesday, the judge agreed to revive one of the counts that Giuliani had successfully dismissed. That count alleged that Giuliani defamed the company by claiming that their “election technology was designed and used to fix, rig and steal elections.”
“Since such a defamatory statement impugns the basic integrity of SUSA’s business, ‘an action for defamation lies and injury is conclusively presumed,'” Manhattan Supreme Court Justice David Cohen wrote in a seven-page ruling.  11.9.22
Feb 21, 2022: Palmer Report: Rudy Giuliani’s January 6th fever dream just keeps getting stranger
It would take an incredible amount of savvy to tell the mainstream media that you’re cooperating with a congressional probe, while simultaneously telling right wing media that the probe itself is illegal, and thread that needle in such a way that you come out the better for it. Unfortunately for Rudy Giuliani, the guy who has tried this strategy over the past week, he’s too far gone to even understand what he’s trying to do.

"It's not my job in a fast-moving case to go out and investigate every piece of evidence that's given to me." -Rudy Giuliani in part of his court confession that his election charges were fraudulant and that the false evidence came from Facebook posts. He is now on the record as stating his whole case as a fraud. On a side note, when his phones were seized by court order he had EIGHTEEN disposable phones. Cuz thats what criminals in a high tech world do now to try and cover their tracks.
