How Trump won South Carolina primary and why Nikki Haley isn’t quitting yet
Frontrunner Donald Trump has cruised to victory in South Carolina’s Republican primary with the support of an almost unwavering base of loyal voters. But rival Nikki Haley says she is not dropping out of the United States presidential race. Despite her loss in a state where she previously won two terms as governor, Haley said she will stay in the race until at least the Super Tuesday primaries on March 5.

Supreme Court Deliberates Trump's 2024 Ballot Eligibility Amid Insurrection Claims
The Supreme Court is grappling with the question of former President Trump's eligibility for the 2024 presidential ballot, as they debate the definition of 'insurrection' and its implications under the 14th Amendment. The decision, expected in the coming months, will have significant national implications and set a precedent for the application of the 14th Amendment in the context of presidential eligibility. The crux of the argument lies in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, which prohibits individuals who have engaged in insurrection from holding public office. During the hearing, both conservative and liberal justices expressed concerns about allowing individual states to determine a candidate's eligibility, suggesting that such a decision could have significant national implications.(BNN 2/8/24) READ MORE>>>>> |
The Supreme Court's decision, expected in the coming months, will not only determine Trump's political future but also set a precedent for the application of the 14th Amendment in the context of presidential eligibility. As the nation watches and waits, the echoes of January 6 continue to reverberate through the halls of justice. |
Z-NOTE: January 31, 2024:
Got problems with a natural disaster? Blame Biden. Problem solved.?
Right wing activist Nick Sortor tweeted this yesterday:
I’ve been on the ground here on Maui speaking with countless residents, and they’re FED UP with Biden and his lack of support
The support for Donald Trump in Hawaii is at an ALL TIME HIGH, and a visit from him could change the entire trajectory of the relief effort and FORCE Biden to get it together.
What Nick Sortor is doing is Maganazi propaganda by going to places with problems.....magnifying them and then manufacturing rage...then blaming it all on the Biden administration. It's Maganazi bait and switch propaganda (Sorry for your pain; but this wouldnt have happened if Trump was here #doh).
Maganazi GOP has already made it clear that they want to blame everything on Biden and Democrats so they will look better in November 2024. It is imperative that all the Maganazi lies and propaganda be refuted. If Maganazis win in November America as we know it ends.
The Maganazis and Maganazi Evangelicals DO NOT support the Constitution of the USA and are busy rewriting history. (like pretending Jan 6 wasn't pro-Maganazi or inspired by their Maganazi God (ie, Donald Trump).
The battle also has to go beyond social media. Nick Sortor saying "support for Donald Trump in Hawaii is at an ALL TIME HIGH" is not true...but more likely high with the people he can manipulate and preach his false narrative to. Going after victims of a disaster is the lowest of propaganda styles but Maganazis have very little, if any, conscience left and is now a ploy for the Maganazi regime.
Most importantly: Donald "Adolph" Trump approves their message.
And BTW, Nick Sortor is vacation in Hawaii while pretending he is "uncovering" damages caused by the Biden administrations negligence.

Senate GOP fears drop in Trump enthusiasm, energy
GOP senators say there is less enthusiasm for former President Trump among Republican-leaning voters compared to 2016, a drop in voter energy that was apparent when only 15 percent of Iowa’s registered Republicans showed up for Monday’s caucuses. Lawmakers acknowledge the weather was a factor behind the low turnout in Iowa but point to other signs of diminished enthusiasm for Trump, something that could hurt down-ballot Republican candidates in swing states. Opinion Why the Supreme Court ought to punt on Trump’s eligibility
Donald Trump’s Iowa caucuses romp raises the stakes in Trump v. Anderson, the Supreme Court’s review of a Colorado ruling disqualifying him from the state’s ballot. Soon after the justices hear the case next month, Trump could be the presumptive GOP nominee. The meaning of the 14th Amendment’s disqualification-for-insurrection clause will cease being an academic hypothetical and start being a question of whether states can, in effect, block an unfolding presidential nomination process. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court briefs have poured in. Most retread familiar legal ground, but an amicus brief filed Thursday by election law scholars Edward B. Foley and Richard L. Hasen, along with election lawyer Benjamin L. Ginsberg, makes a distinctive appeal: Whatever you do, the trio urges the justices, don’t punt on the question of Trump’s eligibility. Either rule that he is qualified for the presidency or rule that he is disqualified from it, full stop — don’t reverse the Colorado decision on “procedural or jurisdictional grounds.” (Jason Willick/Washington Post/The Bulwark 1/21/24)

How Much Trump Paid for Each Vote So the comments yesterday went crazy over my suggestion that the DNC had gone out of its way to treat Asa Hutchinson shabbily and that this choice was bad on all the levels. Most readers agreed. A minority of you (maybe 20 percent?) took the position that Asa is no hero, that he made the Republican party what it is today, and that Democrats owe him no grace because he participated in the impeachment of Bill Clinton. Nikki Haley Attacks Trump For Dictator Love “After China Gave Us Covid”
Former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley is running for President against former President Donald Trump, but the fact that they’re competing for the same job has been largely obscured by the truism that no GOP candidate — except the cellar-dwelling Chris Christie — has been willing to take any significant political aim at Trump, whose lead in the Republican primary polls is enormous.” Haley and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, the other ostensible contender for the nomination, have come around very slowly to criticizing Trump, with the political price for turning off Trump’s loyal base being way too high for either candidate to pay. (It’s also the case that since Trump has refused to participate in any of the RNC debates, they’ve never had to confront him directly.)(Lisandra Gomez-Tate./2 Paragraphs 1/5/24)

“Haley’s refusal to admit that the Civil War was rooted in slavery last night in Berlin is just the latest of her shameful attempts to whitewash our country’s history," said New Hampshire Democratic Party Chair Ray Buckley. Nikki Haley expands on Civil War comment after backlash
Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley on Thursday addressed the backlash to her Wednesday night comments about what she thought was the cause of the American Civil War, during which she notably did not cite slavery as a cause, sparking criticism. “Of course, the Civil War was about slavery," said Haley at a Thursday town hall in New Hampshire. The New York Times cited Ryan Tyson, a longtime DeSantis ally, who told "multiple people" that they've reached the point in the campaign that they need to "make the patient comfortable." It's a phrase generally used at the end of life when hospice comes in to help. Other allies are talking about "reputation management," both for DeSantis and themselves, amid a "slow-motion implosion," the report explained. Ed Rollins, a Republican strategist behind a PAC devoted to getting Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis to run for president, who was the national campaign director for former President Ronald Reagan's 1984 presidential campaign, created the "Ready for Ron" political action committee (now known as "Ready to Win") in May 2022 with the express purpose of pushing DeSantis to run for office. But as DeSantis lags far behind Donald Trump in Republican primary polls, Rollins no longer thinks DeSantis is best suited to defeat the 45th president.

88% of evangelical Christians in Georgia voted for Herschel Walker. Mind boggling stupid. Somewhere in his repeated rambling he must have accidentally said the word "Jesus" and the Nationalist Christian evangelicals assumed it was a sign from God to vote for the guy who had little to no Christian values and when it came time to speak, in comparison, he often even made Trump's rambling sound like a genius.
Looks like this will be another runoff in Georgia in the Walker vs Warnock race.
